Connecting a GPS to the i2 allows it to lock onto a signal even faster, while boats with conventional antennas are left watching “SEARCHING FOR SATELLITE” on their screen.

Dynamic Beam Tilting (DBT) uses a high-performing, constantly adjusting sub-reflector which allows the antenna to remain relatively still, eliminating the constant whine of stepper motors while providing clear reception while the boat is in motion.
