Four Simple Steps:

1. Drop a Happy Bowl liner into your clean toilet bowl, placing seam at rear of bowl.  No need to run water in advance of using the toilet.
2. Make your 'deposit' in the toilet.  (This step is labeled '#2'  for a reason!)
3. Run water while you count to ten, or say, 'No brush, no fuss, what could be finer than a Happy Bowl liner!'
4. Open valve and flush waste (and used liner) away.
