Your fishing rod is shipped to you inside a strong cardboard tube. This means your rod always arrives safe and securely in top condition ready to go.
All orders over $199 are shipped for FREE, Australia-wide!

Shipping rates are based on volume and weight. Multiple items usually do not increase freight charges.
We use Toll Courier Services to ship you your order. We’ve found Toll to be fast and efficient and usually takes 2 to 4 days to deliver. Note: for Toll Courier, a signature on delivery is required. Please do not sign for your delivery until you have checked that your items have been delivered in good condition.
Your privacy is important to us and we will not do anything to violate your trust. We treat customer information as strictly confidential and so it is never revealed to third parties.
As you browse Marine Deals, advertising cookies may be placed on your computer so that we can understand what you are interested in. We never reveal personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number to third parties.

If you wish to return your product or require a replacement then the FASTEST way is to lodge a request. Then just follow the simple instructions to create your product return / replacement request. Once your request is lodged we will check our records and contact you as soon as possible. Please note that we do not pay for shipping costs of returning items to our returns depot.
We use PayPal or DPS Payment Express to accept Visa or Mastercard payments so you can be sure your details are kept safe and secure. All payments are in Australian Dollars and you’ll see the name Marine Deals appear on your cardholder statements for any transactions made through this website.
Marine Deals is not liable for any customs / excise tax / GST on any orders shipped outside of New Zealand. Australian customers may be subject to GST collected by Australian authorities for orders over A$1000.

Products that are in stock are clearly marked "In Stock". We ship these products to you straight away.
We do present some less popular products that are held by our suppliers (usually the manufacturer distributor). These products are clearly marked with their availability - for example: "Usually ships within 6-13 days". If you order a product that is marked like this then once you place your order, we immediately place an order with the supplier. Once we receive the product from the supplier we then ship it to you straight away.
