Unlike grab bags, Life Cell floats, acting as a secure hand-hold to keep all crew together and as a stable platform to assist in the deployment of flares and other safety equipment. Made from closed-cell PU foam and U.V.-resistant flame retardant polyethylene (PE) and supplied with a PE mount bracket, this device is heavy-duty and automatically floats from the bracket in the event of being submerged.
