Note: This mesh is legal for Kahawai, Mullet, Snapper and Flounder as well as Trevally, Gurnard, John Dory, etc. in areas where 100mm mesh size is legal. It can also be used as a set net in the central region, however, as per MPI Fisheries regulations, this net cannot be used as a set net in other regions for Snapper, Trevally, Flounder, Bluenose as well as a number of other species.
