The UFO Cold Smoke Creator produces cold smoke 3-5 degrees above ambient temperature (outside temperature) so it is truly a Cold Smoke! Designed to be retro-fitted to any structure that can contain smoke, this unit can be coupled with a unit /vessel with a heating source. Thus this unit is as good as a ‘hot smoke’ creator as it does cold smoke.
