Flat Stick On Eyes are adhesive-backed tape eyes which are especially popular on smaller baitfish patterns. To apply Flat Stick On Eyes to the fly, use the adhesive back to stick them to the head of your fly then apply a UV product or epoxy over the top to permanently adhere them to the fly. Sizes listed are the diameter of each eye.
