This high-grade, portable Metal Detector is ideal for prospecting, beachcombing and finding objects in obscured locations such as long grass. It can detect a coin at up to 180mm depth and will detect a variety of metals, with three distinct tones to distinguish different metals.
Operating at a low frequency of 6.6 kHz, the Metal Detector only responds to metal objects and ignores iron ground mineralization, making it more accurate for locating at large depths. Alternatively, the all-metal mode can be switched on to trace any underground metal. This is signalled both optically and acoustically. The Metal Detector also includes an extra-large waterproof pick-up coil. The intricate two-dimensional helical winding technology enables fine and precise measurements to be executed while carrying the detector comfortably with arm support.
