SS260-High-Definition, Digital Broadband Transducer - The SS260 is Airmar's best performing, stainless-steel, thru-hull stem for 1 kW echosounders. Its construction utilizes separate 50 kHz and 200 kHz elements for unparalleled deep-water performance and unmatched bottom and water-column detail. The SS260's narrow beam gives crisp image detail especially suited for fishing shelves, intricate bottom structures, and wrecks.
The SS260 is the stainless steel version of the B260. The narrow 200kHz beam is excellent at detecting fish holding tight to the bottom and to structure. The outcome is excellent resolution and crisp image detail where it's needed most. The wider 50kHz beam will give supurb deep-water sounding down to 3000ft. The SS260 Broadband will enhance fish detection on virtually all of today's fishfinders.
